Just got back from holiday, and started reading Robin’s blog. Sounds fantastic, hey who wouldn’t be for cutting back bills and paying less. There is one thing I’d like to add though, what about people like myself living in the countryside? Will we just benefit from a higher council tax bill, so whoever lives in the city will be able to get free internet access and phone lines? If you ask me good idea, but make it accessible to everyone before launching it!!!
